Meals of the Day
I introduce a small exercise to the experiment. To start small, I am concentrating on the arms first following an old school video from the 80's, Callanetics.
It's bold claim to look younger in 10 hours intrigue me so I started yesterday with ONLY the arm exercises and my left arm was at 30 cm. Today it shrink to 29 cm. I am using the All Fitness app for iphone.
I cant seem to figure out how to snap a picture of my arm so I'll add that in in future posts.
