In comparison with yesterday, using the iphone BodyShot app. I suggest anyone tracking their weight loss to get this app. It takes the work out of the tracking.

And here are my meals for the day, using the iphone MealSnap app. Another important tool to track your meals (aka food journal)

I was into sushi today hence the repeated meals for lunch and dinner. Not forgetting my ACT energy drink & BodyTrim.

[Note: Please ignore the caption on the meals. The app works by telling you what you ate and their estimated calories. Sometimes they are wrong and I cant be bothered correcting them because well, I know what I ate and the pictures are there to tell me!]
